Microsoft has officially confirmed that it was aware of a problem that Xbox Series X / S players encounter when their new controllers disconnect randomly. According to a Microsoft spokesman, the problem is being resolved by the Xbox team and will be solved as part of a free update in the future. Xbox Game Pass Ultimate brings the Game Pass range to Xbox One, Xbox Series X / S, PC and Mobile Devices via Project XCloud.
"We are aware that some players can encounter disconnections with their new Xbox wireless controllers," recently declared a Microsoft spokesman. "Our teams actively work on a solution to include in a future update." Although Microsoft has not confirmed the official release date of this free update, it is likely that Xbox teams want to go out as soon as possible because a controller is extremely important for the console game experience.
If the Xbox works hard on the problem of the Xbox Series X / S controller and Microsoft has confirmed, the controllers will probably receive this hotfix in the near future. This is not the majority of Xbox Series X / S owners who encounter this controller problem, but Microsoft strives to eliminate the problem entirely based on an important group that reported them the bug. Currently, some players report success in troubleshooting by restarting the console itself or by directly connecting the controller.
