From now on Call of Duty has a real anti-cheat program with Ricochet. The software brings, among other, server tools, improved recognition mechanisms and increased security for your accounts. But that s the beginning, because in December, a client update for War zone and Call of Duty: Vanguard will follow. In short, COD will provide a pleasant and secure experience in the future.

Hard penalties for Cheaters: Sled hammer takes the task seriously and wants to keep Vanguard free from cheats and exploits. This includes, on the one hand, the developers iron possible errors in the game that could be exploited for an unfair advantage. On the other hand, all cheaters and scammers should be punished hard. Who uses cheat software or more often violates the guidelines, must expect an account ban.

In the comments under the Tweet of Sledgehammer prevails first and foremost confusion. Many fans wonder if they could be affected by a ban because they have exploited a (partially harmless) glitch.
